Well I'm getting tired of just sitting here for the past couple months and would like to be playing again. The problem is that I have so much land I can't drop low enough to be reached or reach anyone else. So.... Next weekend I plan on a massive self-inflicted pillage leaving myself open for an hour or so. I'll put tons of stuff on the market so some people can boost their networth, but I don't see me dropping lower than 50-60k NW. I'll be sure to send all my spies out and only have peasants home.

It will probably be next Sat or Sunday afternoon and will post additional details later on. I'm open to any comments or suggestions. Ohhh... and an OV will net close to 7k acres!

a good idea, although i'd be careful, technically it's land Pharming and even though we might all think its an innocent thing to do the dev. team might think otherwise. kinda like how most people thought it was ok to send your troops out and have your alliance hit you when you were quitting, but that seems not to be the case.

I see your reasoning, but there are no alliances, and I'm only doing this to boost activity (which W8 really needs). I've been at the top for 9 months or so, no harm in giving other people a shot.

Official Time... 8PM (EST) on Saturday the 15th. I should be open till around 9PM. My spies will be out so send one just to check. Only peasants will be home.

Looks like the lowest I will be able to drop initially is around 68,500 NW. Still a go for 8pm EST!

I don't know how this can NOT be considered land pharming. I didn't see the post, and most likely couldn't have grown enough to hit anyways, but Mav said "I'm sending everyone out at XX time", and apparently 2 kingdoms took advantage of the free land. If that's not land pharming, I guess I don't understand what it is.
